Planning your week in advance can help you take back control of your time and prioritise the most important goals in various aspects of your life. Follow the below method to use this template

  1. Duplicate this page in your notion workspace
  2. The structure of this template is Year → Month → Weeks
  3. Go the respective page of the current week. Go to Sep W2 to take inspiration.
  4. Embed your google calendar in Notion. You can follow the steps in this article.
  5. Under the section “Weekly priorities” mention your most important goals you want to achieve in various aspects of your life like health, finance, work, side projects, family etc. Do add priorities of all aspects that are currently important to you for holistic planning.These week level goals should ideally be a step towards your long term goals.
  6. Then taking reference from your calendar, distribute these priorities on different days of the week and times of the day when you plan to do these.
